Sacré meilleur joueur de la CAN 2025, Sadio Mané a confirmé qu’il mettra un terme à sa carrière internationale à l’issue de la Coupe du monde 2026.
L’attaquant des Lions de la Teranga a indiqué que la CAN remportée au Maroc constituait sa dernière participation à la compétition africaine, tout en assurant qu’il restera au service de la sélection nationale jusqu’au prochain Mondial.
« Je vais accompagner l’équipe jusqu’à la Coupe du monde, après ce sera fini », a-t-il confié à CANAL+ après la victoire du Sénégal face au Maroc (1-0) en finale.
