Ce lundi 24 février 2025, le Conseil de Cabinet du Ministère de la Culture, du Tourisme et de l’Artisanat s’est tenu sous la présidence de Monsieur le Ministre Moussa Moïse Sylla. Trois points étaient à l’ordre du jour : informations générales, instances dans les directions et services, suivi des instructions de Monsieur le Ministre et divers.
Madame la Cheffe de Cabinet a salué l’engagement des cadres du ministère qui ont sacrifié leur week-end pour participer à la grande marche de rassemblement à Kindia. Le Ministre a tenu à souligner un acquis majeur du département mis en avant lors de cette rencontre : la couverture médicale au profit des artistes et des hommes de culture, un sujet qui reste au cœur des priorités.
Autre motif de fierté : la Guinée a été choisie comme pays invité d’honneur de la 17e édition du FEMUA (Festival des Musiques Urbaines d’Anoumabo). Une reconnaissance qui met en lumière le talent des artistes guinéens sur la scène internationale.
À tour de rôle, les directeurs généraux et nationaux ont pris la parole pour exposer les activités en cours dans leurs services respectifs :
– Le Directeur national de l’Artisanat a mis l’accent sur la Stratégie nationale de l’IMO et l’intégration des projets clés dans la Vision Simandou 2040.
– Le Directeur national du Tourisme et de l’Hôtellerie (DNTH) a abordé l’avancée dans l’élaboration du cadre organique, en réponse aux attentes de la DRH, ainsi que les travaux sur les recommandations issues de la réunion avec les promoteurs d’agences de voyages.
– Le chef de la Division des Ressources Humaines (DRH) a axé sa communication sur le deuxième passage de l’IGAN pour l’enrôlement des contractuels temporaires du département.
– Le Directeur des Affaires Administratives et Financières (DAAF) a informé de la préparation active de la revue sectorielle des dépenses de l’exercice 2024, avec une rencontre clé prévue ce mercredi 26 février à 10 h dans la salle de réunion du ministère.
– Le Directeur national de la Culture et du Patrimoine historique a partagé les temps forts du Fest-Arts D’mba à Sobanet. L’événement a été marqué par deux présents d’honneur offerts au Ministre :
Un satisfecit, signe de reconnaissance pour son engagement ;
Le masque D’mba, véritable symbole du branding national.
Le Ministre Moussa Moïse Sylla a insisté sur un point essentiel : la communication doit être un axe fort dans toutes les actions du département.
Chaque événement, chaque initiative, chaque avancée doit être valorisé pour mieux faire rayonner les réalisations du ministère.
Entre honneurs, projets structurants et défis administratifs, le ministère est pleinement engagé sur plusieurs fronts. Prochain grand rendez-vous : la revue sectorielle des dépenses ce jeudi, un important exercice pour défendre les choix budgétaires de l’année en cours.
