•𝐋𝐢𝐞𝐮 𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐮𝐫é𝐞 𝐝𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭 :
Le poste, basé à Conakry en Guinée, est à pourvoir en Juin 2024.
Un candidat à fort potentiel se verra proposer, pour commencer, un contrat de deux ans avec un salaire attractif et des conditions de travail avantageuses.
𝟭/ 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
Sous l’autorité de la Direction Générale Bâtiment, le Directeur de Projet chargé de la supervision de Grands Chantiers, a pour mission essentielle de:
-Assurer la coordination entre les différents intervenants (Consultants, Architecte, BET, BCT, Bureau Sécurité-Incendie et autres…) ;
-Coordonner les activités des équipes opérationnelles/chantiers (Ingénieurs, conducteurs de travaux, techniciens et chefs d’équipe) ;
-Assurer un suivi rigoureux, jusqu’à l’approbation des documents d’exécution ; -Veiller à une communication fluide entre les différents intervenants – parties
prenantes du projet – y compris les sous-traitants et les clients ;
-Organiser les réunions de coordination des travaux et en établir les compte- rendus ;
-Effectuer un reporting régulier pour information de sa hiérarchie, sur l’avancement des travaux et sur la maîtrise des prévisions budgétaires ;
-Etudier et traiter l’ensemble des documents contractuels afférents aux chantiers ; -Valider les modes opératoires sur la base des études d’exécution, définir les plans
de charge (moyens humains et matériels) ;
-Élaborer des plans de travail détaillés, suivre les progrès des chantiers et tâcher de résoudre les problèmes susceptibles de survenir en phase de réalisation ;
-Etablir les plannings généraux des travaux ;
-Mettre en place des actions correctives en cas de constat d’écart avec le planning ;
-Engager les consultations d’achats avec l’aval de sa hiérarchie ;
-Contrôler les effectifs de main-d’œuvre en phase avec les besoins des chantiers ;
-Coordonner sur site et par zone les interventions des entreprises sous-traitantes ;
-Vérifier les décomptes avant de les soumettre à sa hiérarchie pour approbation ;
-Gérer les risques (non conformités, situations dangereuses, accidents et incidents) ;
-Suivre les dépenses de chantier en phase avec les budgets approuvés ;
-Garantir la bonne application des contrats et avenants éventuels, régler les
litiges ;
-Veiller au respect des budgets, des délais et des normes de qualité des ouvrages ;
-Diriger et motiver les équipes-terrain pour leur pleine implication au travail ;
-Veiller au respect des normes environnementales, de qualité et de sécurité ;
-Faire en sorte de lever les éventuelles réserves émises à tout stade des travaux ;
𝟮/ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹 :
-Homme ou Femme, titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+5 d’Ingénieur Génie Civil.
-Avoir une expérience de 5 ans en qualité de Directeur de Grands Projets dans le domaine de la construction de bâtiments.
-Maîtriser les outils de gestion et de management de projet
-Maîtriser les logiciels génie civil ainsi que les logiciels bureautiques de base
-Avoir les capacités avérées à gérer des projets simultanément avec succès.
-Avoir une parfaite connaissance des réglementations et des normes d’usage du secteur du Bâtiment ;
-Aptitude au management transversal et hiérarchique des équipes ; -L’anglais, surtout technique est un atout.
