L’édition 2024 de la Journée du Droit du Football en Afrique (JDFA) aura lieu le Jeudi 1er Février 2024 de 8h à 17h à la salle de conférence de la Confédération Générale des Entreprises de Cote d’Ivoire sise au Plateau à Abidjan. Me Hamidou Dramé, avocat chez Guilex Avocats et Me Jean Jacques Nouyadjam, du Cabinet Nouyadjam & Associates, co-initiateurs de l’évènement nous parlent de cette activité qui s’annonce très enrichissante pour les dirigeants de fédérations, clubs et académies, agents de joueurs et juristes en droit du sport.

HD : Bonjour, je suis Me Hamidou Dramé, avocat associé chez Guilex Avocats je suis spécialisé en droit des affaires et droit du sport principalement sur le football. Je conseille et défend des fédérations, des clubs et joueurs professionnels dans le cadre des la rédaction ou négociation des contrats, de réforme juridique des clubs et fédérations, et en matière des litiges devant le tribunal du football de la FIFA ou le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport.

JJN : Bonjour, je suis Me NOUYADJAM Jean Jacques, fondateur gérant du Cabinet NOUYADJAM ASSOCIATES à Yaoundé (Cameroun). Président de l’Association Camerounaise des Avocats du Sport, Membre de l’Association Internationale des Avocats du Football, Co Fondateur de la Revue Africaine de Droit et Economie du Sport, Ancien Rapporteur de la Commission des Recours à la Fédération Camerounaise de Football (FECAFOOT), conseil de divers acteurs dans le monde du sport.

Pouvez-vous nous parler de la Journée du Droit du Football en Afrique (JDFA) aura lieu le Jeudi 1er Février 2024 de 8h à 17h à Abidjan ?

HD : La JDFA est activité de formation et de sensibilisation dédiée aux acteurs du football (clubs, fédérations, agents, sportifs, etc.) et aux professionnels du droit (avocats, juristes, magistrats, notaires, etc.).

Avec le développement du football en Afrique et la complexité des enjeux socio-économiques et juridiques de cette discipline sportive, cette activité a pour ambition de participer au renforcement des capacités des acteurs du monde du football et des professionnels du droit en Afrique sur les questions liées au droit du football. Cet évènement annuel permet aussi aux participants de renforcer leurs réseaux professionnels et la création d’un nouvel écosystème de professionnels du droit du football en Afrique. La JDFA est co-organisée par Guilex Avocats et Nouyadjam & Associates, des cabinets d’avocats panafricains spécialisés en droit du sport, droit des affaires et basés en Afrique.

Quelles sont les thématiques qui seront abordées lors de cette journée ?

JJN : Au cours de cette édition 2024, les thématiques ci-après seront traitées : la gouvernance des clubs de football en Afrique et les règlements de la CAF sur les licences aux clubs, les contrats de travail et contrats de transfert dans le football, le sponsoring et contrats de sponsoring dans le football en Afrique, le contentieux lié aux élections au niveau des fédérations de football en Afrique. Les panels de haut niveau seront composés de décideurs et praticiens dotés d’une très grande expérience.

Quelles sont les conditions de participation à cette journée ?

HD : La participation à l’évènement est gratuite sous réserve de sélection par le comité d’organisation. La pré – inscription en vue de la sélection doit être effectué via le lien ci-après : … Toutes les demandes demandes d’inscription seront analysées par le comité d’organisation. Ensuite, un mail sera envoyé aux participants retenus pour l’activité.

Avez-vous d’autres projets de formations des acteurs du football africain ?

JJN : Nous allons déjà travailler à faire de cette journée du football africain une activité pérenne et qui pourra se dérouler dans différents pays de notre continent. En sus nous travaillons comme vous l’a indiqué mon confrère Hamidou, à la création d’un nouvel écosystème de professionnels du droit du football en Afrique, cela passera nécessairement par la mise sur pied d’une structure et l’organisation de diverses activités de formation et de renforcement des capacités en droit du football sur le continent.
