Née en 1978 à Dubréka (Guinée) elle a une maitrise en droit public de l’université Gamal Abdel Nasser de Conakry. Elle est Comédienne, Conteuse, Metteure en Scène et Directrice de la Compagnie Bélica Théâtre.

Elle a interprété plusieurs rôles au sein de sa compagnie Bélica Théâtre et sur plusieurs autres projets en Guinée, en Afrique et en Europe: Cie Taïbou, Cie Ahmed Tidjani Cissé, le Théâtre Arc-en-ciel,  Le Théâtre National de Guinée, Le théâtre Off de Marseille, Le Sokan de théâtre d’Abidjan le Théâtre de la Ruche de Guyane… 1er Prix de la meilleure interprétation féminine au festival international de théâtre expérimental de Caire en 2007

Au cinéma, elle interprète Kadé dans « Il va pleuvoir sur Conakry » de Cheick Fantamadi Camara, la prostituée dans « Plaisirs mortels » de Mahmoud Alama Konaté, et tient des seconds rôles notamment dans « La fugitive » de Mohamed Camara, « Bemba » de Yamouri Mansaré et Alhousseine Sano, « Soleil de la démocratie » de Mohamed Camara, « les fiançailles de fer » de Rouguiatou Camara, « Moribayassa » de Cheick Fantamadi Camara et « Dilemmes » de Mohamed Camara

Rouguiatou s’est formée à la mise en scène à la suite de plusieurs ateliers de formation et en travaillant comme assistante auprès de metteurs en scène africains et européens: Serena SARTORI, Fabrice GORGIRAT, Werewere-Liking, Sidikiba Kaba, José RENAULT, Vincent PARROT, Philipe LAURENT, Siba FASSOU, Alougbine DINE, Ibrahima Sory TOUNKARA, Frédéric ORTIZ, Ansoumane CONDE, Ousmane Koleya BANGOURA, Valérie Goma, Véronique Vellard, Brigitte Baillieux.

Elle a assuré la mise en scène de spectacles de théâtres « Les humiliés » de Djenabou Koumanthio DIALLO, « En bordure du quai » de Nicaize Magloire WEGANG, « De la mémoire des errants » de Sufo_Sufo, « Ticha-Ticha » de Hakim Bah et des adaptations scéniques de contes : « le balluchon de mystère », « la tragédie de Batelin » et « sous le fromager contons ».

Et, depuis 2015 elle enseigne à l’Institut Supérieur des Arts de Guinée (ISAG)…
