“La déception est immense. Ne pas voir la Guinée à la CAN 2025 est une douleur pour nous, joueurs, et pour tout un peuple qui vit et respire football. Nous sommes, nous les Joueurs, les premiers responsables. Je tiens personnellement à m’excuser auprès du peuple Guinéen. Nous avons failli à notre mission. Nous avons tout donné sur le terrain, mais parfois, les obstacles sont plus grands que nos efforts. Jouer tous nos matchs de qualification à l’extérieur par exemple a été un véritable handicap, une épreuve injuste pour notre équipe et nos supporters.
Je tiens à remercier nos fans pour leur soutien sans faille malgré ces conditions difficiles.
Cette situation doit nous interpeller : le football Guinéen mérite une organisation équitable et des conditions de jeu qui respectent les efforts des joueurs et des supporters. L’organisation et la gestion de notre football doivent être à la hauteur du talent et de la passion de notre peuple. Ce n’est pas la fin de notre histoire. C’est une étape. Nous allons travailler, nous relever et nous battre pour revenir plus forts. La Guinée mérite d’être au sommet.
