Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes techniques et de l’amélioration du suivi de ses projets de construction de routes, GUICOPRES BTP SA lance un appel à candidatures pour le recrutement d’un Directeur de Projets Routiers – Travaux Publics, basé à Conakry et à l’intérieur du pays.

Date de début et durée du contrat:

Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement pour une durée initiale de deux (02) ans.

Missions principales:

Sous l’autorité du Directeur Général Adjoint Chargé des Travaux Publics, le Directeur de Projets aura les responsabilités suivantes:
– Superviser l’exécution des travaux, en veillant au respect des délais, des coûts et des normes administratives.
– Planifier et coordonner les activités liées aux travaux, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maîtrise d’oeuvre (bureaux d’études, ingénieurs-conseils, entreprises, etc.).
Gérer le budget du projet, en s’assurant du respect des allocations budgétaires et des contrats.
• Encadrer et superviser les équipes techniques, ainsi que la gestion des marchés de travaux et le contrôle technique.
Valider les études hydrauliques des ouvrages et interpréter les essais géotechniques et béton.
• Conduire les réunions de validation des rapports techniques et assurer la coordination des missions de surveillance des travaux.
• Gérer les relations avec les entreprises sous-traitantes et les différents partenaires.
Analyser les situations mensuelles et les propositions de paiement, tout en suivant les modifications de programme.
• Établir et suivre les ordres de service, ainsi que les opérations de réception des travaux et la levée des réserves,

Profil recherché

• Formation: Diplôme d’État d’ingénieur en Génie Civil ou équivalent.
• Expérience: Minimum de dix (10) ans en ingénierie, dont cinq (5) ans dans la gestion de projets routiers (études, contrôle, travaux).
• Expérience avérée dans des projets financés par l’État ou des bailleurs de fonds institutionnels.
• Compétences managériales et capacité à gérer des projets de grande envergure, ainsi qu’une équipe technique multidisciplinaire.

Qualités personnelles

• Autonomie, rigueur, et sens des responsabilités.
• Excellentes compétences en management et en communication.

– Capacité à gérer des projets complexes avec de multiples intervenants.

– Charisme, rigueur, discrétion et disponibilité.
